Decadia Wish Info
He wished to save their world from destruction. I think that's self-explanatory, but to dig a little deeper: Cloud is in the middle of a quest to (kill Sephiroth and) save the world. The planet is in danger, both from manmade causes (draining the mako/life essence of the planet dry) and from external threats (Jenova, a calamitous alien who wants to destroy the world), and from Sephiroth (wants what Jenova wants because she's his "mother").
When Cloud first joined Avalanche, it was because Tifa was someone he'd known growing up and he was latching onto something familiar. He didn't have a lot of sense of who he was (he kind of still doesn't, this is an ongoing struggle for him), so he just let himself be hired. He said it was just a job and just for money; it was, at first. But he saw how passionate Jessie and Barret and everyone were. He already disliked Shinra, even without remembering all of why. He couldn't stop the plate from falling and he couldn't save Jessie and Biggs. He doesn't want the whole world to end up like that, proverbially crushed by Shinra and/or Sephiroth.
Cloud's wish — to save the world from destruction — includes defeating Sephiroth. Cloud has old beef with him anyway, though some of that is misremembered (juxtaposing Zack's experiences with his own). He's been under Sephiroth's influence more than once by now, and he doesn't want that to keep happening. He doesn't want to suffer the degradation that other SOLDIERs do. Removing Sephiroth from their world helps everyone, including himself, so that's bound up in his wish.
As for agreeing to Decadia at all, Cloud has found himself doing plenty of things he never considered doing in order to save their world (fighting impossible battles, playing stupid games so they can get information, dressing in drag, competing in tournaments). It's not a far step in his mind from the drag thing to banging for others' entertainment.
